To provide early intervention for incarcerated individuals and continued involvement after release by educating them about the Missouri child support program.
Programs that provide an alternative to incarceration for those who are unable to meet child support obligations due to barriers such as poverty, recent incarceration, lack of education and training, and/or homelessness.
Economically empower individuals with pre and post-employment resources to help provide financial support to their child/children
